8(a) STARS III GWAC
The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC expands capabilities for emerging technologies, supports both outside of the continental United States (OCONUS) and CONUS requirements and features limited protest ability up to $10M.

WOSB/EDWOSB
An Economically Disadvantage Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) must meet the following criteria set by the Code of Federal Regulations:
- The firm must be 51% or more owned and controlled by one or more disadvantaged persons.
- The disadvantaged person or persons must be socially disadvantaged and economically disadvantaged.
- The firm must be small, according to SBA’s size standards.
However, the Small Business Administration (SBA) may waive this requirement of economic disadvantage for industries in which Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB’s) are substantially underrepresented which is defined in (13 CFR127.201(b)).
